This is how to run a subscriber drive
A sample campaign for our "Back Indie Media Drive" that you can use any time of year
In partnership with: Outpost for selling more subscriptions
What’s a subscriber drive?
It’s a campaign when you go hard at gaining more paid subscribers. Usually, it’s a week or two. It can be a month. It should have a concrete goal (like 50 new subscribers or $2000 new MRR). And it works best if you post public progress against this goal so your audience knows where you stand.
Below I am sharing a sample subscriber drive plan with timing and messaging that you can use for our Back Indie Media Drive. You can also modify it for use any time of year. It’s good to run subscriber drives a few times a year because THEY WORK.
